1. Return Period

You may return most new, unopened items within 3 to 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Item is changed due to wrong shipment.

  • The Product is not same as the sample provided.

  • The Product is damaged or broken. 

  • The Printed Item is not same as approved. design.

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase from www.indusdubai.com must be provided.

  • Customized or personalized items (such as those with laser engraving, UV printing, or bespoke branding) are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • Personalized corporate gifts or custom-printed promotional materials.

4. Return Process

  2. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us immediately at our support channels.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
